At ACC (America’s Call Center), we take your customers’ privacy seriously. We understand the importance to you of keeping your customers’ personal information confidential and secure. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your customers’ data.
We promise not to use or disclose your customers’ data for any purpose other than to fulfill our duties to assist you in delivering home inspection services to your customers. We will never sell your customer list or your customers’ information to anyone.
This Privacy Statement describes the information that WSI collects, uses, shares and stores, including the personal information (i.e., information that identifies a specific person, such as their name, email address or billing information, or data that can reasonably be used to identify a specific person) of your customers in the course of providing you with virtual office services. This is not a privacy notice with respect to how we collect and use information from visitors to our website (www.americascallcenter.com).
What information does ACC collect?
When we interact with your customers on your behalf, we may collect various information from them in order to establish and maintain the customer relationship and schedule home inspections. This includes information your customers provide to us, and information that is created when your customers interact with us.

Such information includes without limitation the customer’s name, address, email address, phone number, and any other information that you request us to collect or that is otherwise necessary to perform the home inspection services and fulfill the customer relationship. In some cases, on your behalf we also may collect payment information including credit or debit card numbers and CCID numbers.
How does ACC use your customers’ data?
- To provide you with virtual office services
We use the information we collect in order to render our services to you to provide virtual office services, including to establish, maintain, facilitate and improve your relationships with your customers, to schedule home inspections, and otherwise facilitate the delivery of your services to your customers.
How does ACC share your customers’ data?
We share or disclose your customers’ data only to the extent directed or approved by you, or for purposes to deliver our virtual office services to you. We will never sell your customers’ data.
- With your business partners
We will share your customers’ data at your direction with vendors, consultants, or other service providers or business partners that you partner with.
- With our service providers, solely to deliver our virtual office services
We may, and reserve the right to, share your customers’ data with our vendors or other service providers, solely for the purpose to perform our obligation to provide you with virtual office services.
- For other purposes, only with your specific approval
We may also share your customers’ data for other purposes, but only after requesting and receiving your specific written consent to such sharing.
How does ACC secure your customers’ data?
We take data security seriously, and we use commercially reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of your customers’ data.
